Presumption of 30-Year-Old Documents Under Section 90 Evidence Act Not Applicable to Wills: Chhattisgarh High Court

The High Court of Chhattisgarh has held that the presumption of validity available to documents that are thirty years old under Section 90 of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872, does not apply to Wills.
