On Friday the Central Government issued a notification stating that Senior Most Judge of Delhi High Court, Justice Vipin Sanghi will be Acting Chief Justice of Delhi HC from March 13. Justice Sanghi will succeed Chief Justice D N Patel who is retiring on 13th March 2022 and he will be joining TDSAT as Chairman.
