Plea Seeks Removal of word ‘Prime Minister’ from PM Cares Fund- HC Directs Centre to File Reply

Recently the Bombay High Court sought the Centre’s response on a plea seeking removal of the word ‘Prime Minister’ from the ‘PM CARES’ fund trust. The petition has prayed to remove the photographs of the Prime Minister as well as the national flag and the emblem of India from the official website of the Trust.
