PIL Filed For Removal of Amitabh Bachchan’s Caller Tune on COVID19

A PIL (Public Interest Litigation) has been filed before the Delhi High Court seeking removal of the caller tune of Amitabh Bachchan on COVID19 awareness.

The PIL has been filed one Shri Rakesh praying from the court to direct the authorities to remove the caller tune of Mr Amitabh Bachchan of COVID19 from the mobile in the interest of justice.

In the PIL it has been alleged that since Mr Bachchan is charging for services of caller tun, therefore, he is not suitable for the same.

PIL further says that the Government of India is paying fee to Mr Amitabh Bachchan for such voice-over caller tune played before every mobile call. However there are other COVID warriors who are doing excellent service tp the nation and helping the needy people, infact some of them have distributed their earnings too for needy people.

Further, it has been said that Mr Amitabh Bachchan does not have a “clean history” and he is not serving the nation as “social worker”.
