Physical Hearing to Resume in All Benches of NCDRC From February 21- Know More

The National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) has decided that all of its Benches will only conduct physical hearings beginning February 21, 2022. It was also stated that alternate forms of hearings, such as virtual court proceedings and hybrid hearings, would be suspended beginning February 21.
