No Intention to Cause Death As the Accused Ran Away After Throwing Acid: Allahabad HC Alters Conviction U/s 304 IPC

The Allahabad HC on Friday stated that, the deposition of witnesses clearly reveals that after throwing the acid, accused persons ran away, meaning thereby the act done by the accused persons was without any intention to cause death.
