NDPS: Non-Compliance Of Mandatory Provisions Must Be Dealt With Strict Hand, Says Rajasthan HC

Recently, The Rajasthan HC stated that non-compliance of mandatory provisions must be dealt with strict hand. The bench of Justice Farjand Ali was dealing with the application challenging the order passed by the Special Judge, NDPS Act cases, Jaisalmer in Sessions Case whereby he was convicted and sentenced to suffer maximum imprisonment of 15 years
