Ministers Can’t Interfere in the affairs of Zilla Parishad Cancelling Transfer of Teachers

Recently, the Bombay High Court ruled that a Rural Development Minister does not have the power to interfere with the affairs of Zilla Parishad by canceling the transfer of teachers just because a teacher complained to him.
