The Jammu & Kashmir High Court, in a recent judgment, upheld the decision of a university regarding Ph.D. admissions under the sports quota. Justice Rajesh Sekhri, while delivering the judgment, dismissed the petition filed by a candidate challenging the university’s decision to deny him admission.
