The Punjab and Haryana High Court, serving the twin states and the Union Territory of Chandigarh, will see a substantial reshuffling with the transfer of four judges.
Justice Anil Kshetarpal is being shifted to the Delhi High Court, a bench currently dealing with complex matters ranging from constitutional issues to corporate litigation.
Justice Arun Kumar Monga (PHC: P&H), currently serving in Rajasthan High Court, is proposed to be moved to the Delhi High Court.
Justice Sudhir Singh, originally from the Patna High Court but serving in P&H, is being repatriated back to Patna, reflecting a Collegium-driven intent to restore judges to their parent High Courts where appropriate.
Justice Sanjeev Prakash Sharma (PHC: Rajasthan), presently at the P&H High Court, is also being repatriated back to his home High Court in Rajasthan.
These movements represent a blend of inter-state transfers and repatriations that align judicial placements with regional and administrative considerations.
