Madras High Court Upholds Ownership Principle, Orders Return of Seized Tractor

In a significant legal development, the Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court has issued a ruling ordering the return of a seized tractor to the petitioner, Mr. Kannan, in Criminal Revision Case . Justice P. Vadamalai, presiding over the case, pronounced the verdict today, setting aside the previous order issued in Cr.M.P.No.6824 of 2023.
