Madhya Pradesh High Court Launches TWARIT for Digital Tracking of Warrants and Summons

In a groundbreaking move, the Madhya Pradesh High Court has launched the TWARIT (Transmission of Warrants, Summons, and Reports by Information Technology) initiative, marking a significant milestone in the digitization of judicial processes. This initiative was inaugurated by Supreme Court Justice AS Oka during a two-day conference at the Madhya Pradesh State Judicial Academy.

TWARIT allows judges to track the status of warrants and summons online, enhancing transparency and efficiency within the judicial system. This innovative system positions Madhya Pradesh as the first state in India to implement such a digital framework under officially notified rules.
