Lawyers Can Appear on Behalf of the Parties Before Maintenance & Welfare of Parents & Senior Citizens Tribunal: Delhi HC

Recently, The Delhi HC ruled that, Section 17 of Maintenance & Welfare of Parents & Senior Citizens Act would not come in way of legal representation on behalf of the parties before the Maintenance Tribunal.  The bench of Justices Vibhu Bakhru and Amit Mahajan was dealing with the petition challenging the vires of Section 17
