Lawyer Can’t be Arrogant and has to Maintain the Court’s Decorum: Bombay HC

Recently, Justice Anuja Prabhudessai of the High Court of Bombay took strong exception against a lawyer who accused the judge of bias and threatened to lodge a complaint against her before the Chief Justice. Advocate Anjali Patil accused the judge of bias and partiality in open court and sought urgent circulation of a bail plea.
