Lawyer Calls Judges “Goonda”- Allahabad HC (Lko) Frames Charges For Criminal Contempt

The Allahabad HC at Lucknow has framed charges of criminal contempt  against a practicing lawyer Mr Asok Pande, who arrived in court civil dress with an unbuttoned shirt and allegedly used abusive language towards the judges, claiming that they were behaving like ‘goondas.’ Due to the above, the Court had to call the Police Officers
