In a notable legal confrontation, Kewal Kiran Clothing Limited (KKCL), known for its popular brand Killer Jeans, has filed a lawsuit against Netflix and MacGuffin Pictures LLP, alleging trademark infringement. The dispute revolves around the title of the recently released web series on Netflix named “KILLER SOUP”, which KKCL claims infringes on its ‘KILLER’ trademark.
