Kerala Bar President Alleges Retired Judge Continued Writing Judgments, Urges Immediate Investigation

In an unprecedented move, the President of the Kerala High Court Advocates’ Association (KHCAA), Yeshwanth Shenoy, has lodged a formal complaint with the Chief Justice of the Kerala High Court concerning the activities of retired judge, Justice Mary Joseph.
