Karnataka High Court Grants Parole to Murder Convict Following Wife’s Plea to Conceive Child

The Karnataka High Court has granted a 30-day parole to a life convict, Anand (CTP No. 11699), following a plea by his wife to conceive a child. The decision was made by Justice S.R. Krishna Kumar in Writ Petition No. 11827 of 2024, dated June 3, 2024. The petitioner, represented by advocates Sri Gowthama V.
