Karnataka HC scraps the ACB, pending cases transferred to Lokayukta

In a significant development that would strengthen the fight against corruption by public servants, the Karnataka High Court has quashed a March 14, 2016 order passed by the state government forming the ACB (Anti Corruption Bureau).
