A Delhi Court on Tuesday fined Rs. 40,000 to former Delhi High Court Bar Association President Rajiv Khosla, who was recently convicted of assaulting a woman lawyer named Sujata Kohli in 1994,. Sujata Kohli, the complainant, was a practising lawyer before becoming a judge in the Delhi judiciary and retiring as District and Sessions Judge.
