Judicial Review of Collegium Decisions Not Permissible, Says Supreme Court

On Monday, the Supreme Court observed that if a decision has been taken by the Collegium, then there is no judicial review available against it. The Bench of Justices AM Khanwilkar and CT Ravikumar made this observation in a plea filed by seven District Judges of UP that sought reconsideration of their elevation to Allahabad
