* SC to hear pleas of the Uddhav faction on the Shiv Sena dispute, including the recent petition against the Maharashtra Assembly Speaker’s order declaring the Sena bloc led by CM Eknath Shinde as the “real political party” after its split in June 2022.
* SC to hear a plea of Congress leader Jaya Thakur who has sought immediate implementation of the Nari Shakti Vandan Act-2023 so that one-third of the seats in Lok Sabha and state assemblies are reserved for women before the general election.
* SC to hear petitions of NewsClick founder Prabir Purkayastha and human resources department head Amit Chakravarthy challenging their arrests by the Delhi police in a UAPA case.
