In a significant move to bolster the legal fraternity, the High Court of Madhya Pradesh in Jabalpur has announced the schedule for the interview and interaction of advocates seeking the designation of Senior Advocate. This process, as directed by the Permanent Committee for Designation of Senior Advocates, is set to take place on December 3, 2024, commencing at 5:00 PM in the Meeting Room of the High Court.
This session aims to assess the qualifications and expertise of 48 candidates who have applied for this prestigious title. The list of candidates spans a range of legal veterans, including those with decades of experience as well as newer members of the bar with significant contributions to the legal arena.
The designation of Senior Advocate is conferred upon lawyers who have shown distinction in the practice of law and is intended to acknowledge their ability and standing in the legal profession.
