High Court Denies Advocate Enrolment to LL.B Graduate, Who Got Admission Without BA Degree

The Himachal Pradesh High Court has upheld the Bar Council’s decision to deny enrollment as an advocate to Inderpal Singh, who had obtained an LL.B degree despite not having a bachelor’s degree at the time of admission.
