n a recent judgment, the Kerala High Court declared a gift deed invalid due to the failure to deliver possession of the property to the donee. The case involved a dispute over a gift deed executed by Abdul Jabbar’s father in favor of Abdul Jabbar. Justice P.G. Ajithkumar delivered the judgment on July 5, 2023.
