Foreign Law Graduates Must Clear BCI Exam to Practice in India, Despite Bridge Course Completion: Delhi High Court

The Delhi High Court has ruled that Indian nationals with foreign law degrees must clear the Bar Council of India’s (BCI) Qualifying Examination, even if they have completed a bridge course at a recognized Indian law school.
