EC Tells Supreme Court There’s No Mandate to Publicize Booth-Wise Final Voter Turnout Data

In a significant statement to the Supreme Court, the Election Commission (EC) clarified on Wednesday that there is no legal requirement to disclose the final voter turnout data of all polling stations publicly, except to the candidates or their agents.
