Dispose off Execution Proceedings within 6 months from filing date: SC

The Apex Court, while issuing directions to reduce delays in execution proceedings, stated that Executing Courts should dispose of Execution Proceedings within six months from the date of filing that only be extended after noting reasons for the delay. The Bench headed by Former CJI Bobde asked all High Courts reconsider Rules related to Execution
