Disciplinary Action Against People with Mental Disabilities is Discriminatory, Rules Supreme Court

On Friday, the Supreme Court stated that starting disciplinary proceedings against people with mental disabilities is a form of indirect discrimination. The Court also ruled that people with disabilities are entitled to get protection under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act as long as the disability is one of the reasons for the discriminatory
