In a recent ruling, a Delhi court has emphasized the importance of prenuptial agreements and recommended that they be made mandatory. The Family Court judge of the Patiala House Courts, Harish Kumar, made this observation while granting a divorce on a no-fault basis to a couple embroiled in a seven-year legal battle.
