Daughter Repeatedly Demanding Money From Her Father Can’t be Prosecuted For Abetment Of Suicide, Rules Bombay HC

The Bombay High Court (Nagpur Bench) has ruled that repeated monetary demands from a daughter to her father won’t attract the offence abetment of suicide. The observation was made by the Bench of Justices Manish Pitale and Govind Sanap while hearing a plea filed by a woman who was booked for allegedly abetting the suicide
