Date of Remand Should be Excluded in Computing the Statutory Period for Grant of Default Bail, Rules Orissa HC

Recently, the High Court of Orissa reiterated that the whole computing statutory period for granting default bail u.s 176(2) CrPC and the date of the remand should be excluded. As per the Bench of Justice Bibhu Prasad Routray, the issue is no more Res Integra on the issue and recently in the case M Ravindran
