While attending the proceedings via video-conferencing, Special CBI judge Sanjeev Aggarwal warned former Punjab DGP Sumedh Singh Saini to be careful with his demeanour in the future and to maintain the court’s decorum. The Delhi court also noted that, despite Saini’s claim that he was ill and had a fever, no medical certificate was provided.
