Court Cannot Routinely Interfere in Transfer Orders as they are Inherent Conditions of Appointment: Allahabad HC

In a recent legal development, Justice Kshitij Shailendra of the Allahabad High Court addressed the case of Vijay Bahadur Singh, a government servant challenging his transfer from district Agra to Saharanpur.  The petitioner, represented by counsel Priyanka Srivastava and Abhishek Kumar Srivastava, contested the transfer order dated October 20, 2023, citing its alleged prejudicial nature.
