Conviction Can be Done on the Basis of Reliable Police and DRI Testimonies in NDPS Act: Allahabad High Court

The Allahabad High Court has upheld the conviction of three persons in a Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act case, ruling that reliable testimonies of police and Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI) officials can form the basis of conviction even in the absence of independent witnesses.
