Conviction as Juvenile not a Disqualification for Job: Allahabad HC

Recently, the Allahabad High Court held that using a candidate’s criminal prosecution that he/she faced as a juvenile to form an opinion about the candidates’ suitability for the appointment is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 14 of the Indian Constitution.
