Consumer Court Fines Postal Department ₹20,000 for Tampering with Parcel

In a recent ruling, a district consumer forum in Hyderabad has ordered India Post to pay a compensation of ₹20,000 to a retired IPS officer whose parcel was tampered with and had missing items.
