Recently, the Karnataka High Court stated that when the defence of the accused is not believable, inference can be drawn by the court that he made a transaction with the complainant. The bench of Justice S Rachaiah was dealing with the petition challenging the judgment and order passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge.
