Centre Notifies Appointment of Two Judges in Delhi High Court

New Delhi– The Central Government has officially notified the appointment of two judicial officers as judges of the Delhi High Court. The newly appointed judges are Smt. Renu Bhatnagar and Shri Rajneesh Kumar Gupta, both of whom have extensive experience in the judiciary.

This is the third appointment in Delhi High Court in last one week.
The notification marks a significant addition to the Delhi High Court’s bench, strengthening the judicial system in the national capital. Smt. Renu Bhatnagar and Shri Rajneesh Kumar Gupta have served as judicial officers and are known for their legal acumen and dedication to justice.

Their elevation comes as part of the ongoing efforts to fill judicial vacancies and enhance the efficiency of the judiciary in handling pending cases. The appointments were made following the recommendation of the Supreme Court Collegium and the approval of the President of India.
