The Allahabad High Court, in one of its important decisions, has held that non-renewal of driving license cannot allow the insurance company from escaping its liability to pay compensation. The Judgment has been given by the Single Judge Bench of Justice Dr. Kaushal Jayendra Thakar while hearing the Appeal of New India Insurance Company Limited.
