Bombay HC Allows Child Marriage Victim to Terminate Late-Term Pregnancy Due to Foetal Abnormalities

In a significant ruling, the Bombay High Court has granted permission to a teenager, who is a victim of child marriage, to terminate her 28-week pregnancy due to foetal abnormalities. The decision was delivered by a division bench comprising Justice PD Naik and Justice NR Borkar on April 12, with the order details released today.
