Bar Council Provisionally Bars Lawyer on Allegation of Harassing Female Court Staff- Know More

The Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry has provisionally barred Advocate N. Muniasamy, President of the Kamuthi Bar Association, from practising law for his alleged misbehaviour with a female Court Staff within the Court premises in April 2021.  He has been barred from practising as an advocate in all Courts, Tribunals, and other authorities
