In a legal ruling, the Andhra Pradesh High Court has affirmed the right of an employee to be considered for promotion, even after a delay of 12 years. The Division Bench of Justice Ravi Nath Tilhari and Justice K. Manmadha Rao delivered the judgment, stating, “Every individual has the right to be considered for promotion.”
