The Allahabad High Court on Wednesday stated that an order lacking reasons and subjective satisfaction is a legal nullity, especially when summoned person is not informed of sections under which his trial is required. The bench of Justice Rajesh Singh Chauhan was dealing with the petition challenging the order passed by the Additional Sessions Judge.
