Order VI Rule 17 CPC: Amendment of Pleadings Cannot Be Allowed After Suit Is Dismissed: P&H HC

Recently, the Punjab and Haryana High Court allowed a revision plea and set aside the lower appellate court’s order allowing the plaintiff’s application under Order VI Rule 17 of CPC for amending the plaint after the suit was dismissed.
