Allegations Made in FIR Can be Tested Only During Trial, Not by HC U/s 482 CrPC: Kerala HC

The Kerala High Court has reaffirmed that when using its power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash criminal proceedings, it must rely solely on the allegations made in the complaint or accompanying documents per se.  The Court cited several previous judgments from the Supreme Court to support this view, adding that it has no jurisdiction
