Allahabad High Court Imposes ₹1 Lakh Cost on Advocate-Petitioner for “Cursory” Drafting and Re-litigating Settled Issue

The Allahabad High Court has dismissed a writ petition filed by an advocate appearing in person, imposing a heavy cost of Rs. 1 Lakh.
