Allahabad High Court Announces Recruitment for Over 3300 Group C and D Posts

In a significant recruitment drive, the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad has opened applications for various Group C and D positions across the District Courts of Uttar Pradesh. The recruitment process, aimed at bolstering the judicial staff, is set to commence online from October 4, 2024, through the court’s official portal, allahabadhighcourt.in.

This extensive campaign aims to fill 3,306 vacancies under the Uttar Pradesh Civil Court Staff Centralized Recruitment 2024-25. Interested candidates will find the registration portal open until October 24, 2024. This recruitment initiative caters to roles across stenographers, clerical cadre, drivers, and other Group ‘D’ posts.

Vacancy Details and Eligibility Criteria:

The vacancies include 583 stenographer positions, 1,054 clerical cadre posts, 30 driver slots, and a substantial 1,639 openings in Group ‘D’. Applicants must be aged between 18 to 40 years as of July 1, 2024, to qualify for consideration.

Selection Procedure:

The selection process involves an offline written examination on O.M.R sheets, scheduled across different dates and shifts throughout Uttar Pradesh. Successful candidates will also undergo Hindi/English computer typing tests, stenography tests, and a technical driving test for driver positions.

Application Fees:

– Stenographers: ₹950 for General and O.B.C categories (+ bank charges), ₹850 for EWS candidates, and ₹750 for SC/ST categories of Uttar Pradesh.

– Clerical and Driver posts: ₹850 for General and O.B.C categories (+ bank charges), ₹750 for EWS, and ₹650 for SC/ST categories.

– Group ‘D’ roles: ₹800 for General and O.B.C categories (+ bank charges), ₹700 for EWS, and ₹600 for SC/ST categories.
