The Allahabad High Court has granted bail to a person accused of throwing objectionable meat at the Edgah in Ayodhya. The Bench of Justices Krishan Pahal granted bail to the accused (Susheel Kumar) after considering the nature offence, evidence regarding the complicity of the accused and the mandate of Article 21 of the Indian Constitution.
