Allahabad HC Acquits Accused in Dowry Harassment and Attempted Murder Case

In a significant ruling, the Allahabad High Court has acquitted Sajid Ali, who was previously convicted by the Additional Sessions Judge/FTC, Hapur, for dowry harassment and attempted murder. The case, titled “Criminal Misc. Application U/S 372 Cr.P.C (Leave to Appeal) No. – 106 of 2019,” was presided over by Justice Rahul Chaturvedi and Justice Mohd.
